1 on 1 Training
Specialized training for one person working with your current fitness level. We will discuss goals and interests in order to create programming that will be challenging and enjoyable. I strive to make each session different, fun and just the right amount of “oh my gosh that was hard."
Training sessions from two or up to four people. Want to be held accountable with a friend. Partner up. I will create programs that work for both fitness levels. You will have sessions where you work together as a team or motivate each other as you work on a program designed to get done at the same time. This is a fun way to spend time with a friend and physically and mentally challenge each other at the same time.
No matter where you are in your training journey, nutrition is a huge part to your success. Without proper fuel for your body your physical changes can take much longer. I’m happy to help teach easy ways to incorporate healthy eating to enhance your training.
Have a gym at home or in your apartment complex? That’s great. Let’s design some programs for you to do on your own to boost your fitness level. I will work with you to design fun and challenging programs that work with the equipment you have.
